Crossovers often combine hatchback practicality with SUV styling, which means a higher ride height, better visibility and less weight, a relatively small and fuel-efficient engine, and no more than a hatchback. How much is the price tag. Although crossovers look bulkier than hatchbacks, they don't take up more space on the road. However, there are quite a few size combinations in the crossover category, with both family-sized models and smaller crossovers -- just to further confuse.
